Another successful convention has come and gone. Just fond memories now are the festivities of the opening ceremonies, delicious brunch, camaraderie of buying and selling, thrills of shopping at the company store, and boot kickin’ good times at the banquet. The price of gas might have scared some away, but several collectors still drove the miles to get there, or loaded up what they needed in a suitcase and flew. The scenery certainly didn’t disappoint, as the hotel was a beautiful one, complete with indoor gardens, amazing train displays and people from all over the country.
Now it is time to put away those boots and ten gallon hats, and get ready for Denver.
